Simon Evans Motorsport starts the process with an off-the-shelf Polaris RZR and adds the following performance parts and modifications to create one of the fastest All Terrain Vehicles in the world today.
Engine: Polaris – fitted with Quad Squad Performance stage-3 tune
Tyres: BFGoodrich KM3 UTV tyres
Wheels: Method Racing bead lock rims.
Weight: 1080kg ready to race.
Fuel capacity: 120 Litres (extended tank)
Brakes: Standard Polaris brakes and pads
Steering: Polaris electric power steering

Tub: Rear section completely removed to facilitate spare wheel carrier and jack. This also reduces weight and improves airflow around the engine.
Rollcage: Brown Davis roll cage fitted for strength and safety.
Panels: O’Brien’s Engineering supplies all the aluminum roof and side panels as per off-road racing regulations.
Seats: Race seats and six point harnesses.
Suspension: Quad Squad performance upgrade which includes factory-fitted Fox shocks and springs. Hardiman ATV supply Lonestar Racing suspension arms, all chromoly steel and rose joints for strength weight reduction.
Exhaust: Evo Powersports boost pipes and Gibson Performance exhaust.
